The new ReAct Academy now offers informative video tutorials on typical application scenarios in retail – explained by our colleague Jeff, based on his practical experience.
The new ReAct Now Academy uses short, practical videos to show how typical everyday tasks in the store can be efficiently completed using the ReAct platform. In each tutorial, our colleague Jeff demonstrates what is important directly on the device – step by step and in a clear and understandable way.
One focus is on typical checkout processes. For example, it explains how to correctly perform a cancellation in the app: simply press the cancellation button on the checkout tablet and the store management is automatically informed. Another video shows how to create a cleaning request in just a few seconds, including direct notification to the responsible team, in the event of incidents such as spilled drinks or contamination at the checkout.
Another tutorial covers the use of the call bell. As soon as a customer needs assistance and presses the bell, the responsible employee is immediately notified via the app – allowing for a quick and targeted response.
In addition, there is a two-part introduction to the ticketing module. Here, users learn how to efficiently record, assign, document, and complete tasks and incidents. Whether it's a new task or an existing ticket, clear information, optional images, or voice messages make the entire processing process transparent and traceable.
The videos are available online at any time and are ideal for quick orientation or as practical support in everyday store operations. Additional content is already in preparation.
