In August 2025, Edeka Witt in Hamburg set the course for the future: the store was equipped with a digital infrastructure from ReAct Now, which bundles all relevant communication channels and ensures smooth processes.

The focus is on the Call to Action app, which is installed on tablets at the cash registers. It is used to send internal messages and tasks to the mobile devices of the responsible employees in a targeted manner and in real time – discreetly, efficiently, and without loud announcements. The system is supplemented by smartphones in the team, which seamlessly integrate call bells, bottle return machines, and PDT devices. This creates consistent communication that ensures short response times and clear responsibilities.

This technical modernization fits in perfectly with the store’s philosophy: a team of 30 employees ensures satisfied customers every day with their experience, commitment, and enthusiasm for their work.
