Since August 2025, Edeka Dalinger in Hanstedt has been sporting a new look. With ReAct Now, the store is relying on fully digitalized communication between cash registers, service bells, bottle return machines, and the team.
After almost two months of renovation work, Edeka Dalinger in Hanstedt celebrated its grand reopening on August 21, 2025. In addition to a fresh market presence, customers and employees have since benefited from a completely digitized communication structure with ReAct Now.
Tablets with the Call to Action app installed are available at the checkouts. This app sends messages and tasks in real time to the mobile devices of the responsible employees – discreetly, reliably, and without loud announcements. The system is supplemented by smartphones in the team, which seamlessly integrate call bells, bottle return machines, and PDT devices. Service bells send signals directly to the right contact persons, and the return of empties is automatically reported to the responsible team. This ensures fast processes and direct customer service at all times.
Employees benefit from clear structures, transparent information transfer, and more efficient work processes. Together with the modern store design, the Hanstedt location is another example of how ReAct Now supports the retail industry in a future-proof manner.
