Following extensive renovations, the E-Center Süllau on the Lübeck campus has been shining in a modern design since August 2025, offering a shopping experience of the highest standard across approximately 5,500 square meters of retail space. In addition to a diverse product range and numerous services, the entire market communication has been digitally networked – thanks to innovative solutions from ReAct Now.
New tablets running ReAct Now’s Call to Action communication app have been installed at the checkouts. This allows messages and tasks to be sent in real time to the right employees – directly to their smart devices. Service requests and internal information are thus managed discreetly and reliably. The existing instore radio solution has also been seamlessly integrated, so that proven technology is retained and works optimally with the new systems.
For customers, this means even more direct service: service requests via call bells immediately reach the appropriate employees, and the return of empties is automatically reported to the responsible team. Employees benefit from clear processes, transparent information transfer, and a noticeably more efficient working day.
