On the occasion of its reopening in Gransee in April 2025, Edeka Kubsch was equipped with the comprehensive ReAct Now communication solution: modern PDT devices, service bells, and empties integration ensure efficient processes, while a multi-zone in-store radio optimizes the acoustics.
Entrepreneur Maximilian Kubsch opened his brand-new Edeka supermarket in Gransee at the end of April 2025. The entire new building was designed for digital efficiency from the outset and equipped with the ReAct Now communication solution.
The focus is on role-based networking: modern PDT devices enable tasks, announcements, and team coordination to be automatically forwarded to the relevant employees. Integrated customer service bells ensure that inquiries reach the right contact person in real time, minimizing waiting times at the sales counter.
At the same time, the bottle return machines are seamlessly integrated: fault reports and emptying notifications are automatically distributed via the ReAct Now platform, so that the team is always informed and can react quickly.
The usage package is rounded off by a multi-zone in-store radio system. In sensitive areas of the store, subtle background music creates a calm atmosphere, while in promotional areas, dynamic soundscapes draw attention to special offers. Central control via ReAct Now allows easy adjustment of playlists, volume profiles, and spots – perfect for promotions that change over time and by theme.
With this holistic solution, Edeka Kubsch is setting new standards: efficient communication, faster service processes, and a coordinated soundscape create a shopping experience that reduces the workload for employees and delights customers alike.
