ReAct Now Becomes an Official Partner of the Hyperconnectivity Center

The HCC Live Event “AI-driven industry automation – Real Use Cases on the Shopfloor” at the Hammer Advanced Logistics Campus in Eschweiler was a great success. The event focused on real-world use cases for industrial connectivity, automation, AI and digital process optimization – directly where daily operations take place: on the shopfloor.

For ReAct Now, the event also marked an important milestone: ReAct Now is now an official partner of the Hyperconnectivity Center. This partnership enables the company to contribute its expertise in digital communication and workflow processes even more actively to an environment where industrial innovations can be experienced, tested and further developed under real-world conditions.

On 25 June 2026, ReAct Now and HMF Smart Solutions jointly presented their solutions for logistics and industrial companies. The focus was on process-critical communication, group-based task coordination and the intelligent integration of IT systems into operational workflows.

During the HCC Live Event, industry experts exchanged insights on key future topics including Industrial Connectivity, Automation with Physical AI, Optimization with Industrial AI and Digital Twins. The discussions highlighted how important connected communication and clearly defined workflows are when technical data and system information need to be translated into concrete actions during ongoing operations.

Using practical use cases, ReAct Now and HMF demonstrated how information from machines, IT systems and operational processes can automatically be converted into targeted calls to action. A typical example from logistics: When a pallet arrives on a conveyor belt, it needs to be picked up and processed without delay. Connected sensors automatically detect the event. The ReAct Now platform translates this signal into a specific work order and notifies the responsible employee group. As soon as an employee accepts the task, the status is updated in real time and made visible to everyone involved. This creates clear digital workflows that do not rely on manual coordination, verbal instructions or unnecessary search and walking routes.

Together with HMF Smart Solutions, this approach was extended with secure and high-performance communication solutions for mission-critical environments. While ReAct Now digitally triggers, prioritizes and documents work orders, HMF’s ACCESSNET® MCX solution enables reliable push-to-talk communication for employees in frontline operations. As a result, teams remain securely connected even in dynamic situations and can respond immediately when information needs to reach the right people without delay.

The demonstration was made particularly practical by the technical environment at the Hyperconnectivity Campus: The solution was presented in a realistic logistics environment and within T-Systems’ private 5G network. Especially in industrial applications where availability, security and speed are essential, the added value of Mission Critical Communication combined with intelligent task management becomes clear.

These examples demonstrated how communication acts as a connecting element between people, machines and systems. Information is not only passed on, but transferred directly into structured processes in which tasks can be triggered automatically, assigned clearly and documented seamlessly. This creates transparency, accelerates workflows, improves traceability and supports employee safety during ongoing operations – especially in logistics, production and critical infrastructure.

The Hyperconnectivity Campus provided the ideal setting for this: As a real-world testing and innovation platform for connected industrial and logistics ecosystems, the HCC makes digital transformation tangible under real operating conditions. The campus is operated by Detecon, a Deutsche Telekom consulting company, in close cooperation with project partner Hammer Advanced Logistics. Together, they create an environment where innovative technologies can be developed, tested and advanced in a practical way. Participants gained insights into real-world scenarios, live demonstrations and specific opportunities for improving operational processes on the shopfloor with modern technologies.

With its successful joint appearance at the HCC Live Event and its official partnership with the Hyperconnectivity Center, ReAct Now underlines its role as a provider of practical solutions for digital communication, IT-integrated workflows and efficient process control in logistics and industry. At the same time, the combination of intelligent task management, Mission Critical Communication and private 5G shows the potential for future AI-supported applications – such as the automatic prioritization of tasks or the real-time analysis of IoT data to support faster and better-informed decisions.
