With the opening of his new beverage store at Schäferkamp in Sternberg (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern) in May 2026, retailer Norman Rauth is expanding his Edeka concept with a second location. ReAct Now provides sound design and professional announcements for the new store – while also laying the groundwork for future cross-location connectivity with the main store.
Since 2024, Norman Rauth has been running Edeka Rauth at Goethestraße 14 in Sternberg – and is now expanding his concept consistently. With the new beverage store at Schäferkamp, which opened in May 2026 across approximately 500 square metres, a second location has been established to complement the main store’s range. For sound and communication at the new beverage store, Rauth has chosen ReAct Now.
The Instore Radio creates a welcoming audio atmosphere that accompanies customers from the moment they step into the store. This sound concept is complemented by professionally voiced announcements, which can be used in a targeted way for notices, promotions, or service information. The result is a consistent, high-quality store atmosphere – one that clearly communicates the retailer’s commitment to a modern shopping experience at his new location too.
Forward-thinking was built into the planning from the outset: the infrastructure is designed so that the main store and the beverage store can be connected via the ReAct platform in the future. Via the Call-to-Action Communication Solution, it will then be possible to request support across locations – for example via tablet, handheld scanner, or smartphone when the beverage store needs additional staff at short notice. This second phase is in planning and will further increase the operational value of the solution.
For Edeka Rauth in Sternberg, the current installation is therefore not just an entry point into modern in-store communication – but a foundation that can grow with the business.
