HMF Smart Solutions stands for the development and implementation of professional communication solutions – tailor-made for users. With ReAct Now, the German company gains a strong application partner who, with its platform, offers a sophisticated software solution for digital operational management and IoT-based communication processes. The mobile application combines communication and task management in an intuitive interface, which allows employees to receive tasks, send status messages and coordinate processes in real time.
The solution is already being used in more than 5,000 installations in retail alone. Through automated workflows, real-time notifications and the integration of IoT sensors, processes can be made significantly more efficient, response times reduced and service quality improved.
As part of the partnership, HMF Smart Solutions and ReAct Now want to combine their technologies for public transport in the future. This creates new digital solutions for operational and communication processes.
