On 18 and 19 March 2026, ReAct Now will once again be present at the Edeka Nord Hausmesse. The focus is on digital solutions that speed up in-store service, reduce the workload for employees, and create new possibilities for communication and sales promotion.
At the centre of this year's trade show appearance is the ReAct Now Service Bell. The tablet-based solution combines the classic service request with additional features for modern stores.
In addition to the core call function, the Service Bell offers a flexible interface that is easy to customise. Stores can update content at any time, highlight current offers, or promote specific products. This turns a service point into a sales surface as well. Another highlight is the direct integration of ReAct Now on Edeka Nord mobile computers. The solution comes pre-installed on all handheld devices and can be activated by existing ReAct Now customers in just a few steps – a single code is all it takes to unlock the platform.
New stores benefit from this integration too: after a brief setup, the desired features can be configured quickly and tested live in store. The ReAct Now platform connects employees, devices, and digital systems in a shared communication environment – enabling seamless employee and device communication. ReAct Now features such as Task Management, Checkout Area Management, Service Bell, and Instore Radio work together seamlessly and support employees in their daily store routines.
